Mr Wilson Kwok

Wilson C. Kwok is a Hong Kong Certified Practising Accountant, a Hong Kong Certified Tax Accountant, a China M&A Dealer, a CFP Financial Planner, a CFT Financial Technologist, and a Qianhai Hong Kong Certified Tax Accountant.

Over the 30 years, Wilson has provided auditing, financing, international tax planning, corporate restructuring, listing planning and professional training services for many domestic and foreign companies since his practice. He also has actively participated in the voluntary work of various associations and universities in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Mr. Kwok is the Founder & Vice-chairman of Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia Limited (IFTA). It is a non-profit organization and an accredited FinTech certification body in Asia. Its mission and vision are to nurture global FinTech talents with the highest standards of ethics, education and professional conduct.

In addition, Mr. Kwok was the Founding Executive Committee Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (“IFPHK”). He has been actively involved in the promotion of Financial and International Taxation Planning in Hong Kong and PRC for banks, financial institutions, and universities.
