Ms Wivinia Luk

Ms Wivinia Luk serves as a Senior Manager of Policy Research at the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). She steers the Council’s research work covering policy development in relation to ESG, FinTech, asset and wealth management, connectivity with the Mainland and the rest of the world.
Prior to joining the FSDC, Ms Luk worked in the field of corporate strategic planning and development, with a series of commercial roles in the banking and financial industry. Ms Luk holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
